Bryozoans

One of the more beautiful bryozoans found that day were examples of Constellaria.

Pelecypods

The clam internal mold below has some nice black coloring and both sides, but both ends are broken off. So it's not as great as some that this site has to offer.

This next pelecypod is fantastic! It not only has external shell features, but the shell is nicely preserved where normally it is completely gone. It's a museum quality specimen. Great find, Cindy!

Another type of clam that we found which has shell features preserved is the Caritodens.
