P1010073 Dr. David Meyer lead a fascinating discussion of our most common Brachiopod, the Rafinesquina. Dr. Meyer also introduced at the meeting the correct pronunciation for Rafinesquina, since it was named after Rafinesque, 'Rafinesque-ina' (accent on 'esq' and 'ina' pronounced like 'in' instead of 'een'.
